White Chocolate Amaretto Recipes

Wind & Willow products are outstanding on their own, but they also serve as a base for many terrific recipes. Each month we will feature some of our favorites. Our featured flavor - White Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake
Rolled in sliced almonds that come right in the mix, this is a perennial favorite. It adds real pizzazz to many recipes as
well!

In Your Kitchen You Can Build a Snowman:
Hey, no need to go all the way out to the meadow!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Wind & Willow White Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake Cheeseball Mix
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup softened butter or margarine
Mini chocolate chips
pretzels
fruit roll-ups
raisins

DIRECTIONS:

Combine White Chocolate Mix with cream cheese and butter. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate (or put in
freezer) until chilled. Roll into 3 balls (small, medium, and large) and refrigerate again if needed. At
this point, the balls may be frozen for days in sealed plastic bags until you are ready to use them. Assemble
the balls with largest on bottom to build a snowman. You may need to flatten bottom of balls to make them more
stable.

Dress your snowman! Use pretzels for arms and mini chips or raisins for eyes, nose, mouth, and buttons.
Make a scarf by cutting a long strip of a fruit roll-up with clean kitchen scissors. Let your creative juices flow!
You'll find lots of other foods to decorate your snowman. Sprinkle the almonds around the base of the
snowman and serve with ginger snaps or other cookies!
This is a fun recipe for the kids to help with!
